### readPkg([path], [options])
Returns a promise that resolves to the parsed JSON.
### readPkg.sync([path], [options])
Returns the parsed JSON.

Type: `string`
Default: `.`
Path to a `package.json` file or its directory.
#### options
##### normalize
Type: `boolean`
Default: `true`
